Learn Stranded Knitting Class 02/21

Come join Sue and learn how to knit stranded colorwork! She will be teaching you to how make the Clucky Ladies Earwarmer by RosiePosieKnitco.

Supplies needed: 4 colors of worsted weight yarn. 52yds for main color, second 7yds, 3rd 4yds and 4th 10yds.  Size US 6 and 8 16″ needles or Double Points.

Advanced Beginner
Students should already know:

• Knit stitch

• Purl stitch

• Casting on & binding off

By the end of class, students will:

• Understand the basics of stranded colorwork

• Knit with two colors at once

• Manage yarn floats on the wrong side

• Read a simple colorwork chart

• Complete (or confidently continue) a colorwork headband
