Sweater Knitting Class: From Cast-On to Cozy
Join our Beginner Sweater Knitting Class and learn how to create your own cozy, handmade sweater! Whether you’re just beginning and looking to make your first project or an experienced knitter looking to refine your skills, this class will guide you through the entire process—from choosing the right yarn and needles to shaping, seaming, and finishing techniques. This is not a total beginner class. Must know how to cast on and knit/purl.

What You’ll Learn:

• Understanding sweater construction
• Selecting the right yarn and gauge
• Basic and advanced knitting techniques (ribbing, increases, decreases, etc.)
• Reading sweater patterns

Class Details:
Duration: 3 class sessions Saturday 03/15 1:30-3:30, Saturday 04/05 1:30-3:30, Saturday 04/19 1:30-3:30

Materials: Pattern is the Flax Sweater by Tin Can Knits You can choose either the DK or worsted weight version with the corresponding needles. Pattern is available for free on Ravelry.

Cost: $110 for all class sessions.
